These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OHS Vault platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OHS Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OHS Vault to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
- Violate any local, national, or international safety or data privacy laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
4. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of OHS Vault are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership to the data and documents you upload to OHS Vault. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OHS Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on the data stored within it.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OHS Vault if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
